Several events during the conference are available for
sponsorships. The following events provide participating
organizations with the opportunity to promote their business
while facilitating the networking and social events. In
addition to informal gatherings during the breaks, we'll enjoy
group lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday evening
we'll gather for drinks at the conference reception.
Wednesday evening we'll cap off our meeting with an Industry
Dinner aboard the Bahia Belle as it cruises in Mission Bay. Other sponsoring opportunities, including nametag lanyards, delegate bags, notebooks, pen/notepads, and conference CD. These promotional items can either be provided directly by the sponsor (with the approval of the organizers), or the sponsor can coordinate with the organizers to procure and distribute the materials during the show. Exhibitors will be free to provide promotional materials and items at their stations. |
