Richard spent 28 years with Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical where he advanced from engineer to Vice President of Engineering and Programs leading engineering teams developing aircraft and radar systems, later serving as president of several Teledyne companies including Ryan Electronics, Micronetics and Kinetics. After leaving Teledyne he became President – General Manager of MA/Com Power Hybrids. He joined Maxwell Laboratories in 1994, as President Balboa Division, and was appointed Corporate Executive Vice President and served as CTO and COO. Richard currently serves on the boards of several high technology companies. He holds a BA in Mathematics and Physics, an MA in Finance, and an MBA. He has done postgraduate work in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, and Management.

Bobby provides business development and management services to a number of established companies to develop unique product strategies primarily in the field of energy storage solutions. He is also providing in depth assistance to a select number of new companies who are stepping into the ultracapacitor and energy storage marketplace. Previous to this Mr. Maher spent 10 years with Maxwell Technologies in developing, marketing and selling their ultracapacitor products. While at Maxwell he held various positions in the area of Sales, Marketing and Product Development and most recently served as their Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Maxwell, Mr. Maher's experience included seven years with Cubic Corporation in various engineering positions. Mr. Maher has an MBA, and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of California, San Diego.
